The people behind it

Ravenworks is small on purpose — operators who'd rather build things than talk about building them. A workshop, not a stage. Since you wandered back here, this is who's actually in the room.

Brian Poe

Founder

Brian has spent a dozen years building sales organizations — and the software they run on — for the least glamorous, most real corners of business: bars and restaurants, contractors, route operators, home-service crews. He was a founding-team member at Drivin, a data-driven vehicle marketplace that grew from five people to seventy-five and a $43M acquisition; helped build Groupon's home-services business to take on Angi; and today owns a $135M field-sales territory and the consumer and B2B products behind it. He's bootstrapped his own venture before, and he builds for the field, not the boardroom — from Kalispell, on purpose.

A founding seat through a $43M acquisition, a home-services line built to rival Angi, a $135M territory run from small-town Montana — every time, for the people doing the actual work.
